Optical Concierge Services

We want you to love your glasses and sometimes, they just aren’t quite right – optical concierge services to the rescue. We will work with you to get you seeing your best in no time! To allow us to serve you best, we recommend making an appointment, although walk-ins are always welcome.

Glasses Purchased from Eyecare Associates

Our optical services are already included in your glasses purchase. Any adjustment or cleaning your glasses need, we provide that service at no additional charge. Other than replacement parts like a new temple or nose pads, services like replacing a screw, restringing a frame or validating measurements is already included in the price of your glasses.

Having issues with your new glasses?

Your doctor doesn’t want to find out next year that you weren’t happy with your glasses, or that you put them in a drawer 2 weeks after you got them. (Honestly one of the saddest conversations we have with patients because we can’t easily fix it for you anymore.) Let us know within 60 days of your purchase, and we will recheck your prescription, remake your lenses, and/or restyle your frames –– whatever you need! We want you to love your glasses!

Glasses Purchased Elsewhere

We are happy to introduce customized optical services for glasses that are purchased elsewhere including online! Screws fall out and nose pads fall off. We want to make sure that you aren’t without glasses because you’re waiting on the postman to deliver your new ones.

We’ve created a variety of options to choose from:

• Just need a tune up? $25 for a repair, cleaning and adjustment
• Coming in every 3 months to fix something? $59 for 12 months of maintenance on a frame
• Ordering online but unsure how to measure the PD? $10 for brief consult on best materials for your prescription and pupillary distance (PDs) measurements to help ensure you’re seeing your best**

Order Your Glasses Online?

Many online retailers know they can’t take measurements or adjust your frames for you and will reimburse you when someone else provides optical service for you. Not happy with your progressives or bifocal you got online? Let our staff help you pick out new glasses or lenses made across town instead of across an ocean starting at only $250 (quality anti-reflective coating included).

**Please note optical centers and segment heights are not able to be measured in our optical. These measurements require the frame to be on your face and adjusted to your nose and ears to get accurate results, which at least for now, can only be done in person.
