What a pleasant surprise it was to meet Dr. Burton and his assistant Morgan (and all the others). Everyone had a pleasant demeanor, patience and overall good rapport. I feel like I hit a goldmine. Dr. Burton has a disposition that is so natural and his team works well off that. Thank you everyone at Eyecare Associates!

This place is fantastic! Moved here recently from out of town and got lucky to find them. The facility is very lovely. The team is very helpful. The techs that help with glasses were so patient and helpful, even making sure that my glasses fit correctly on my face and bending the arms for me so that they don’t slide off from behind my ears when I came to put up my new glasses. Never had a clinic help me get my glasses to fit just right. Dr. Pachy was really great, even inquiring about what I do for a living, so that she could suggest workspace glasses for my progressive prescription. I didn’t even know what workspace glasses were, but come to find out they’re great for someone that’s farsighted that needs close range and mid range assistance to see the keyboard as well as the computer monitors. Highly recommend anyone who works on computers to consider work space glasses and this clinic!

This place is 5 stars from the front desk staff, to our doctor, but especially Melissa in the eye glass center. Melissa is top notch! She goes above and beyond to make sure your glasses are comfortable and that they meet your expectations!

The doctors here are great. I had a series of issues with a pair of glasses I purchased here and they went above and beyond to take care of me and make things right.

Very efficient from check in to exam to picking out glasses while eyes are dilating. You're not just waiting around for nothing. Doctor was super nice and seemed thorough. Nice modern updated building and a decent selection of eyewear.

This was my first visit here with my annual eye exam and I found out the real reason for my dry eyes and couldn’t be more pleased as they took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend this place. I saw Dr Burton.

I just talked to a lady named Courtney. She was very courteous and professional! Even though I wasn't able to use the clinic (they didn't take my insurance) I highly recommend going to this clinic! First impressions mean so much! She is the first person I've had an actual conversation with, while trying to locate a new doctor for my daughter. Since moving to this area it has been rough to find someone that is polite on the phone. Thank you Courtney!

Today 28 June 2022 I had a 4pm appointment. My new glasses frame had broken at the nose/bridge. I thought they’d send my glasses out for repair and contact me when ready. NO!
They were ready for me, got me in with no paperwork, and fixed me up with new frames within 20 minutes or so.

I came in with several confusing questions about billing, insurance, and ordering contacts. The billing girl went above and beyond to help me! I usually see Dr Sherwood who has always been great and the front desk staff is always very friendly!

I am SO impressed! I've been coming to Dr Sherwood for a year or so with my daughter, and she is wonderful! Then last week my 2 year old son scratched his cornea. When I called, they squeezed him in ASAP and Dr Burton was amazing to figure out how to put a contact bandage on a 2 year old! We also loved our nurse, Haley. Everyone at the office has been ao friendly and caring, they've called to check in on my son to see how he was doing and thoroughly explained
how to give him eye drops, etc. This place and their staff deserve over 5 stars and have been such a blessing to our family!

I had a chemical burn in my ride two weeks ago and was referred here by urgent care. Dr. Patchy and Dr. Nenning were the best! Great compassion, caring and efficient doctors and staff

I really enjoyed Dr. Pachy and felt like she took my care seriously which I loved. Unfortunately the office staff is not friendly, curt and rude when you have questions about surprise bills that they throw at you, and always seems overwhelmed. I will not be coming back because of the front office staff.

My experience with Eyecare Associates is wonderful! I've known them for a number of years because my company provides services to them and I already know first hand how important service is to their patients. Recently it was time for me to change to another eye doctor and it's great to know that Eyecare remains locally own. Also about 18 months ago I suffered a torn retina, and my prescription through Eyecare helped so much! For the first time I have a progressive lense that I can wear all the time. Thanks to Dr. Laura and the entire Eyecare team!

The process of scheduling an appointment is easy and streamlined using their website. My appointment started on time and there was a minimal wait between the assistant and the optometrist. Dr. Sherwood is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and a great communicator. The assistant who helped with my exam was also knowledgeable and friendly and good at her job. The whole place is well staffed and is a well oiled machine. Highly recommend for eye exams and glasses/contacts.

We are so thankful for Dr. Sherwood! She was so patient with my 4 year old this week and made her feel very comfortable during her appointment. She did what my daughter allowed and was so good with her! I will be scheduling my appointment with her soon as well. Great experience 🙂

I absolutely love the eye doctor here. She always goes the extra mile to make sure my eyes are in good health.

You only have one chance at a first impression and Eyecare Assoc Knocked it out of the park. The young lady at the front desk even gave up her chair to allow my wife to sit in a higher seat so she could easily get out of the seat. The doctor did all she tests and corrected her prescription. The doctor and the young lady whose chair we borrowed help my wife into the car as I’m wearing a brace. Highly recommend. They are so good.

The Best service I've ever had with any medical issue. I had metal in my eye from the previous day. I called their emergency # on a Saturday. And I was seen within an hour. Dr. Sherwood fixed me up , set me up with a prescription for drops,a few other details. She was welcoming and informative couldn't of asked for more Thank you so much.

Extremely helpful and doctor Sherwood was excellent and explaining everything to me in a medical eye situation. I'm very happy I found this place highly recommended

Dr. Sherwood is amazing! She’s so kind and nice. You can tell she’s very genuine. The only way I’ll stop going to her is if she leaves, or if I leaves Kansas City.

Friendly and informative

I took my almost 3 year old for a check up. She had a hard time sitting still as expected, but the Dr. Sherwood was very patient and helped keep her calm. I would definitely recommend them!
